Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, from the day you take possession of the goods.

To exercise it, inform us — Elira Living (Zeerak Ata), Lapinrinne 1b, 00180 Helsinki, Finland · support@eliraliving.com — with a clear statement of your decision (for example, by email). You may simply state that you wish to withdraw from your order, quoting your order number and date.

Consequences

We reimburse all payments including standard delivery within 14 days of being informed, via Stripe. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned. You bear the direct cost of return.

Exclusions

Sealed cosmetics (toners, shampoos) unsealed after delivery are excluded for hygiene reasons.
